  11. Roles & Permissions for Pipelines in CRM

    Department heads and territorial managers should be assigned to a specific pipeline. The leads in pipelines of other territories should not be visible to all managers. Super admins should control access to pipelines for sales managers so that they can view leads in their pipelines only. For example: if there are 2 sales pipelines for Delhi and Bangalore. The sales managers of both locations should not have access to view leads of another territory.

    As a business owner, I want to view all the prospects that have engaged with my sales team in the past so that I can analyze the total number of prospects (organizations) that are present in my CRM. I need a list of all the leads generated for a particular organization so that I can analyze all the past and ongoing leads in a single view. Currently, we have to filter all the leads from the dashboard to check the total number of leads from an organization. I should be able to create a new lead from the organization view in the CRM

    We get leads from multiple sources and different locations. We have dedicated sales representatives for each location and lead source. Currently, as a manager, I need to assign these leads manually to each sales representative, which takes a lot of time and is inefficient. leads should be automatically assigned to all sales representatives in a round-robin pattern
