Feature Requests

I would like to request a feature enhancement in the Referens platform. It would be extremely helpful if you could introduce a digital signature option for invoices. Adding this feature would: Improve the authenticity and professionalism of invoicesHelp businesses comply with legal and client requirementsReduce the need for manual signing and scanning Ideally, the feature could allow users to: Add a saved digital signature to invoicesAutomatically include signatures in PDF exportsSupport secure verification of signed documents I believe this addition would greatly enhance the usability of Referens for businesses like ours.

When a credit or debit note is created for an invoice, storing this mapping under linked documents would make it easier to track and identify invoices associated with such notes.

Please add more possiblity to edit invoice design/templates. A drag and drop template would work where we can arrange each sentences and lines seperatly. Current premade templates are not looking good and janky with filled text.

Please utilize a hierarchical numbering system (e.g., 1.1, 1.2, 1.3) followed by a sequential transition to the next primary section (2.0, 2.1, 2.2).

Need the ability to save sets of terms and conditions that can be applied to our documents based on different product categories, as well as for import and export documents. This feature would allow us to: Create and save multiple sets of terms and conditions tailored to specific product categories. Easily select and apply the relevant set of terms and conditions when creating or editing documents.

Create Packing List along with invoice. Packing List - Shipping by sea/air, number of boxes, dimensions and weight. For reference: incodocs.com

We Bill to One Organization Some times we have different Contact Point or Different Location Now I create each as a different Contact. I will be great to seslect Organization and then select the contact we want to send the INV/ Quote/ etc to

i want to add automation. e.g. on lead entry, one whatsapp message should go the lead number. smilarly on mect day, 3rd day, 5th day , whatspp message should go automatically. I have wait.io, but your software is not compatible with wati.io or any other whatsapp api

Please add Dark Mode for Web & also for mobile apps.

A Customizable Dashboard wherein we can see immediate Reports like: Number of Leads added this week, Number of Invoice / Week / Year etc... Dashboard should include such Charts and more...

I think at Refrens it must give users a feature like a error should be shown if a product or item is put in the invoice and by mistake if wrong GST tax rate is put for a HSN code of actual different Tax rate then it should verify and show error for manual entry mistake and should notify and to change it to correct GST % Tax Rate? Don’t you think this as game changing and very useful tool for all your clients?Because I don’t think any one till now provides such service?

Along with quotations, should be able to create Proposals on Refrens. Have to go to other software to create proposals currently.
