Integration with Bank account. I was told while purchasing the subscription that the feature of integration with bank account will be rolled out soon through which we will eb able to make payments also. Is it working? Like Bankplugin works with Tally.

there is lack of communication between the team on refrens because there is no notification alert for update on lead as there is no tag system in activity history and internal note. due to which team not get updates on reply. Most important feature required.

In order to keep each case and all its processes at one place , please make possible to link converted purchase order into leads workflows. This could help when receiving an inquiry from a manufacturer and creating the suitable quotation to the customer to convert it into purchase order in order to fill down the received price and attach the quotation itself in it. A Customizable Dashboard wherein we can see immediate Reports like: Number of Leads added this week, Number of Invoice / Week / Year etc... Dashboard should include such Charts and more...

I think at Refrens it must give users a feature like a error should be shown if a product or item is put in the invoice and by mistake if wrong GST tax rate is put for a HSN code of actual different Tax rate then it should verify and show error for manual entry mistake and should notify and to change it to correct GST % Tax Rate? Don’t you think this as game changing and very useful tool for all your clients?Because I don’t think any one till now provides such service?

If the page stays idle for a while, it freeze and refreshes, hence wiping all I have entered so far. I'll recommend an auto saving feature such that details filled will not be lost upon a refresh accidentally not saving works and then having to start. if possible, Auto save would be great
