Hi @Kollatrr: you can add transportation charges separately using a custom column. We're also working on Customised Additional Charges that will have an option to add taxes separately.

Please add an option for adding Transportation Cost. Note GST Calculation is done on Amount + Transportation Value

The total before disthe counted amount is already being shown in invoices. Basically, it is the "Sub-total" field in your invoices. You can also change the field name from "Sub-total" to "Pre-discounted amount" if you want.
