Currently due dates are set to 15 days from date of creation of Invoice, we should be able to change that period according to our business needs.

I would like to have a default invoice date set and then let the user update the due date if required rather than taking the due date gap from the last invoice.

In this way, I always know that the due date is set to a specific gap and I can change it if required.
