Hi manish bhardwaj, You can do that with our Premium Plus Plan. with this plan, you can manage the access level of each of your team members. In the sidebar menu, go to manage team > manage team roles. with this option, you can control which team member can create, edit, view, or delete anything on your Refrens account.

We are also working on an activity log feature that will show you the complete history of all the changes made by anyone on your team.
