Option to add CESS on product

Software like "MyBillbook" has inbuilt cess addition. Some of my products has 28% GST and 12% Cess, there's no option to add cess in product line. I manually add it in the last of the Bill, which is quite inconvenient.
Add an option of 40% taxes (28%GST + 12% Cess)
