Always 2 invoices are printed, 1 for customer and 1 for our documentation. When we sell physical products, Some customers come to our office to collect it and before they collect it we take their signature, date and phone number.
This is done to keep track of who has collected the material and in case customer asks later on information regarding who has collected it we can provide it.
It is an essential feature for manufacturing companies.
