Saving Sets of Terms and Conditions for Different Product Categories and Documents

Need the ability to save sets of terms and conditions that can be applied to our documents based on different product categories, as well as for import and export documents.
This feature would allow us to:
- Create and save multiple sets of terms and conditions tailored to specific product categories.
- Easily select and apply the relevant set of terms and conditions when creating or editing documents.

While creating quotations, I have to manually enter or select each terms and condition. Is it possible to create categories for it where I just enter the terms and conditions of each category before hand , and while creating a quotation, I just select a category whose terms and conditions I want to be written down
