When adding a new prospect, you can type in the company name. Often the company has been added by another user of Refrens. Refrens auto-populates the prospect fields with the contact details entered by another user of Refrens, which has nothing to do with our logins. This information should be strictly private to our Refrens instance and never shared with any other user of Refrens.

I can't make payment to upgrade my premium

Hello, I need information about your certification. Does your program communicate the invoices to Portuguese fiscal authorities, or not? Your account manager informed me that Refrens' invoices were legal. But now the entities I issued the invoices complain that they are not legal. I have lost a lot of time on this subject already. So I need you to clearly prove to me that Refrens software is legally valid and allowed to operate under Portuguese tax law.
