Can't permanently delete leads

7 leads are reflecting in my delete tab but I'm unable to delete them permanently. These were created in error.

Purchase Order templates non functional

ALL PO templates have their formatting disturbed. All urgent work stuck up. Need resolution immediately.

Payments receipts not updated on the dashboard

Payment receipts is not getting updated on the main dashboard. The same is conveyed to the relevant manager 4 days back itself but no follow up from refrens side.

Client/Vendor Logo Missing

Every time when editing an existing client/vendor that saved with LOGO, the existing LOGO is not being retrieved and therefore always need to 're-upload' otherwise logo is missing after updated.
