Hello, PRAVEEN V Thank you for reaching out. For items saved in the inventory, their descriptions are automatically fetched when added to a document. If you prefer not to have the descriptions autofill:
- You can edit/delete the items from the inventory as per your requirement and, for documents where you don’t want the items to be part of the inventory, select the One Time option while adding the item.
- To set One Time as the default for all items you add to documents, go to Business Settings > Inventory Options > Default Value of Item Type and choose One Time.
